Catellana Grotte (Bari). Inglese, con i più piccoli si impara giocando. Diverse e stimolanti attività, infatti, sono state programmate e realizzate per gli alunni della scuola dell’Infanzia (5 anni) dell’Istituto Comprensivo Tauro – Viterbo, plessi Arcobaleno e via Grotte. Il progetto: “Play, Learn and Grow Up”, curato dalla docente Eliana Vinci, ha seguito un filo conduttore multidisciplinare consentendo ai bambini, attraverso canti e giochi, di toccare diversi campi d’esperienza. Numeri, forme geometriche, parti del corpo, viso, oggetti scolastici e per finire ma non meno importante la lettura di un albo illustrato in inglese, ELMER AND THE WIND con la riproduzione su un cartellone dei fatti principali della storia e memorizzazione di alcuni termini del lessico relativo alla storia. Gli alunni si sono divertiti e la partecipazione è stata gioiosa.
“Stimolare l’apprendimento della lingua inglese attraverso un approccio ludico – ha detto la dirigente Carmela Pellegrini – è un obiettivo della scuola, l’alunno acquisisce la consapevolezza della propria lingua e sperimenta il plurilinguismo. Il cammino è certamente lungo ma le prospettive sono sempre positive”.*
